Reasons why San Diego is gonna rock..

Ok there are several reasons why moving to San Diego is going to be cool. As follows:

Fallbrook, located in Northern San Diego County, is the Avocado Capital of the world; there are more avocados grown here than anywhere else in the United States.
- How did I not know this? I LOVE avocados.

The Climate!! Apparently it has 'the best' climate in the USA. On one site it said in San Diego 'you are welcome to enjoy America's most desirable climate'...don't mind if I do! Leading me nicely onto ..

The Beaches! They go on for miles and miles, as far as the eye can see. (MUST TAN AND TONE...TAN and TONE!)

Proximity to all things cool...as if the city itself wasn't enough I won't be a million miles away from a whole host of aceness...LA,Vegas, Grand Canyon, Big Bear Lake (To get my ski on!), Mexico...

BEST OF ALL.....These guys ...MY FAMILY. How bloody cute are these boys. I CANNOT wait to hang out with guys all the time, they're top value!

Me getting my freckle on with Sammy
My Sister....she's brilliant. I can't wait to spend some proper time with her....I don't remember the last time we've lived in the same place..really. She is really fit, and loves a good hike. I'm going to let her influence me in that way....

Us getting our hike on....note her calf definition in comparison to mine

Quantity of Health Freaks - the way I see it, being in the company of millions of people who love exercsie, hate carbs and treat smokers like lepers can only be a good thing for me! It will only be a matter of time before I morph into one of them...

Plastic Surgery - Everyone knows Californians love a bit of cosmetic cutting..so I'm going to take a 'When in Rome..' approach to this situation ! No need to panic, I'm not going for the comedy fake tits just yet but I am so on board for some rhinoplasty action asap...

  1. San Diego doesn’t know where to start or what to say..Ridiculous. As the very "fit" 6 months pregnant tub of lard, I declare I am more excited than the day I received my letter from Shak'n Stevens back in the day of his fan club. (This ol house, Behind the green door).
Ahh..Namaste! The water looks, well, glassy and may even be a great day for sailing. We will take you sailing and crack some bubbles on the bow. Yoga, neti pots and toned arms. We may even tweak our noses and investigate rhinoplasty, ride our beach cruisers in to town for coffee. We will wear factor 30 sunscreen to protect our "English skin" and prevent any further premature aging due to massive consumption of fags (sun damage). We will laugh and cry over margaritas (skinny girls). We will BBQ most days and fall in to the pool (paddling, solar heated). We will eat fish tacos and power walk on the beach with weights- no one will laugh at us. We shall crack jokes that no one gets but they will laugh anyway with enormous white teeth and declare " you guys are so cute". Oh yes! I am coming from a place of yes ...this is gonna be AWESOME..

  2. I am ashamed to say that I am eating a Boost (chocolate, not healthy Boost juice drink)whilst reading about how you're going to get all fit and healthy in SD. I have left it too late to start a diet for Jos wedding so am going to Zumba 3 times between now and then in a desperate attempt to 'tone'. I'm also relieved that you won't be starting the 'new you' regime before you head out there as I'm very much looking forward to sharing some vino and a fair few ciggies with you this weekend.Big love. xx
